1. PLEASE, you MUST leave your phone number for shipping; if you don't, it will take a lot more time for delivery !

2. VAT number (CNPJ or CPF) is necessary for shipping to Brazil.

3. Please leave CORRECT email address if you send us emails by system.

4. Buyer should be responses for all tax or VAT under any circumstances.

5. All price on the online-shop are 1-5Pcs price.  Welcome to contact to get more favor better price for bulk or distributor price.

Shipping Cost

1.Default shipping cost is only $25 for each order in our shop system, and we can't change it. But we will choose the fastest method.This is based on where you are and which prodcut you purchased.

2. Shipment method: DHL, TNT or Fedex

3. For bulk orders, pls send us emails to discuss about the freight.

Shipping Area

We ship to wordwide by different express based on weight and where you are

1. We use DHL for most of countries and areas: North America, Most of Europe, Asia etc. Default choose DHL, except these city post codes are remote area. It will take 3-5 days.

2. Russian Federation, we only send by EMS or CPAM, this will take 20-45 days.

3. South America: Brazil, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Columbia ect. We defaultly choose Fedex for shipping, this will take 5-7 days. If you really need DHL, please contact us to confirm.

If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you ASAP.

Returns / Refund

Please note, we accept returns. However, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. 
30-Day Returns
If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, we will accept unused items with all original box contents and packaging within 30 days of the shipping date.
All orders may be returned but customers are responsible for return shipping. email us at to notify us about a return. 
Items must be in same condition as they were received including original packaging.We will not accept damaged product. 
Once your return is received and inspected a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
